At Elite Peptides Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality research peptides and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, specific conditions apply to refunds and returns.
Returns
For safety, quality assurance, and product integrity reasons, research peptides cannot be returned once they have been shipped and delivered.
We may consider returns only if:
- The incorrect product was received.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The order was incomplete due to our error.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following circumstances:
- An order cannot be fulfilled by our team.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- Products arrive damaged during transit and sufficient evidence is provided.
- Duplicate payments or billing errors occur.
Refund requests must include the order number and supporting information, including photographs where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the package and product to assist with our investigation.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Opened products.
- Products that have been used, altered, or improperly stored.
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
